The States General of the Green Economy, the annual meeting of Italian green economy, promoted by Fondazione sviluppo sostenibile and the National Council of the green economy – composed by 66 business associations - in collaboration with the Ministry for environment and energy safety, and under the patronage of the European Commission and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. They serve as a key reference point for thousands of business and beyond. Between 2012 and 2024, they have engaged more than 9000 stakeholders.

Now at its 14th edition, the 2025 States General of the Green Economy edition is dedicated to "Green economy: guiding the future in uncertain times" and will be held in Rimini Expo Center, hosted by Ecomondo – Italian exhibition Group, on the 4th and 5th November 2025.


THE SESSIONS:

OPENING PLENARY SESSION in the morning of the 4th of November "Green economy: guiding the future in uncertain times"- presentation of the 2025 Report on the State of the Green Economy

INTERNATIONAL PLENARY SESSION in the morning of the 5th of November, dedicated to the theme “The green economy agenda in the new global scenario”, involving high level national and international speakers from institutions, companies and academia. The session will be in English with simultaneous translation.
